Four stages, each done by hand, before a piece ever leaves the studio — plus how to keep it looking the same for years.

Stone is quarried and reindeer moss harvested from renewable, managed sources — never from protected land.

Moss is stabilised through a natural glycerin process that keeps it soft, pliable, and green without soil or water.

Artisans carve and layer each stone form by hand, fitting moss into every crevice — no two pieces are alike.

Our team fits the piece on site, secures it to the wall or floor, and sets up any ambient lighting around it.

Materials

What each piece is made from

Two materials, sourced and finished for indoor permanence.

Material 01

Naturally soft, requires no sunlight or watering, and holds its colour for 5+ years indoors.

Material 02

Sealed and finished to resist dust and moisture while keeping its raw, unpolished texture.

Material 03

Low-heat LED fittings recessed into select pieces, on a dimmer compatible with most home systems.

No watering, everPreserved moss draws no moisture — watering will damage it.

Keep out of direct sunlightIndirect or ambient light keeps the colour from fading over time.

Dust with a soft brushA dry, soft-bristle brush or hairdryer on cool settles dust without flattening the moss.

Keep humidity moderateIdeal range is 40–60% humidity — avoid placing near direct AC vents.

Avoid moving once installedStone forms are fitted to their base; consult us before relocating a piece.
