Our story

From a quarry visit to a studio

Lithen was founded by a small team of sculptors and horticulturists who wanted to combine two disappearing crafts — stone carving and moss preservation — into pieces built for modern interiors.

Every piece that leaves our studio is still made the same way the first one was: sourced by hand, carved by hand, and installed by hand.
